I am so grateful that you have taken the time to see what enlighten elevate is all about. First, my name is Elea J. I am a multi-dimensional avid learner of life. Being a student of life I've been very intrigued to know more about myself and I have quickly learned that we are all connected one way or another. Also, I have discovered that in order to "play" this game of life with the hand we have been dealt with, it is important to get to know self, on all levels: mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually, so that you can better connect with others.

The purpose of creating this space is to explore and share my experiences and spark conversations that will help "enlighten and elevate" others to a different perspective. This space is also open for those to share their journey of lessons as well. A great teacher is also a great student and which is why I am always open to learning new subjects.  The mission is to build a community where we can connect, share feedback, and ask questions. This is a non-judgment safe space.
